A. Description of Services

Elite Washers LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter clearing, and window washing for residential and commercial properties.

B. Client Responsibilities (Pre-Service Requirements)

To ensure the safety of your property and our team, clients must complete the following prior to our arrival:

1. Water Access: A fully functioning exterior water spigot must be turned on and accessible. If your water source is insufficient or malfunctioning, Elite Washers LLC reserves the right to reschedule or charge a dry-run fee.

2. Property Preparation: All windows and doors must be tightly shut. Exterior electrical outlets must be switched off or covered.

3. Clear Workspace: Vehicles, patio furniture, grills, toys, and decorations must be moved away from the designated wash areas.

4. Safety: All pets and residents must remain indoors for the duration of the service.

C. Property Condition & Limitations of Liability

1. Pre-Existing Damage: Elite Washers LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing property conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: loose or degraded siding, rotted wood, cracked windows, failing window seals (which may cause interior fogging or minor leaking), degraded mortar, oxidized paint, or faulty exterior electrical wiring.

2. Siding Oxidation: Exterior washing removes dirt, mold, and algae. It does not remove sun-fading or vinyl siding oxidation. In some cases, removing dirt may reveal pre-existing uneven fading or oxidation underneath, for which we are not liable.

3. Plant and Vegetation Care: We utilize industry-standard practices to protect your landscaping (including pre-wetting and post-rinsing plants). Elite Washers LLC is not liable for minor vegetation shock or leaf burn resulting from standard runoff of cleaning solutions.

D. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept [Credit Cards, Cash, Check, Debit, etc.]. A late fee of 100.00 will be applied to all invoices left unpaid 7 days past the service date.

2. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Elite Washers LLC, we take immense pride in the quality of our work. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee under the following strict parameters:

A. The 24-Hour Inspection Window

Because exterior cleaning results are immediate, clients are required to inspect the property immediately upon completion of the job. Any missed areas, streaks, or unsatisfactory results must be reported to Elite Washers LLC in writing (via text or email) within 24 hours of service completion.

B. Remedy and Correction First

If a legitimate service issue is reported within the 24-hour window, Elite Washers LLC will return to your property to re-wash and correct the disputed area at zero additional cost to you.

C. Cash & Credit Refunds

Because our services involve physical labor, chemical applications, and equipment costs, monetary refunds are not issued by default. A partial or full monetary refund will only be considered if:

1. Elite Washers LLC fails to correct a documented service error after being given a reasonable opportunity to re-wash the area.

2. Accidental property damage occurs that is directly proven to be caused by technician negligence (and not covered under pre-existing conditions in our Terms & Conditions).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When you book a service with Elite Washers LLC, we reserve a specific time slot, equipment, and a professional crew exclusively for your property. Last-minute cancellations directly impact our scheduling and livelihoods.

A. Cancellation Notice Window

• More than 48 Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your service free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a [Insert Amount, of 50.00 cancellation fee to help cover lost scheduling costs.

• Same-Day / On-Site Cancellations: If our crew arrives at your property and cannot perform the service due to a lack of preparation (e.g., no water access, locked gates, vehicles blocking the workspace) or if you cancel on the spot, a $100 of the quote,fee will apply.

B. Weather-Related Rescheduling

Elite Washers LLC monitors local weather continuously. For the safety of our technicians and the integrity of your service (e.g., roof treatments require dry conditions to set), we reserve the right to reschedule any service due to severe rain, high winds, lightning, or freezing temperatures.

• If Elite Washers LLC must reschedule due to weather, no fees apply to the client, and we will work with you to find the earliest available makeup date.
